Fire Block Fire Retardant is a specially formulated, environmentally friendly product which is used to retard fire in all Class A materials

FIre Block Fire Retardant forms a thermal insulation barrier that prevents dangerous flames form spreading. Fire Block also inhibits the development of toxic hydrocarbon smoke.

Developed from the extraorindary life saving and fire fighting Cold Fire, Fire Suppressing Agent, Fire Block Fire Retardant material treatment spray is a revolutionary product which retards fires by stopping dangerous flames from spreading.

This unique product offers extraordinary fire retarding capability of any Class A surface with no flame spread and also inhibits hydrocarbon smoke development. FIRE BLOCK works to actually form a thermal insulation barrier to prevent flames from spreading. This unique thermal insulation barrier factor is attributed to the unique cooling characteristic of the product.

Spray on or soak any Class A type surface (i.e. wood, cotton, paper, furnishings, christmas tree, etc.). Allow product to completely penetrate surface/material and let dry completely.

Applications: Use to treat Class A materials and surfaces such as uniforms, clothing, wood, pre-construction materials, furnishings, carpeting, packing materials, motor home interiors, holiday decorations and storage boxes for added safety against fire. It can also be mixed 50/50 with latex paint to flames on interior walls from spreading.

Fire Block Fire Retardant is easy to use. Just spray Fire Block on the item or surface being treated. In bulk applications, you may also dip the items and allow to drip dry. In all applications, allow Fire Block to completely penetrate the item or surface. Allow material to dry completely. If you are using Fire Block to fire retard clothing and other fabrics, and plan to wash these items in the future, it is recommended that Fire Block be reapplied after the third washing, as some of the product's effectiveness will be diminished due to washing. When mixing Fire Block with latex paint, mix equal parts of Fire Block and paint.

Fire Block Fire Retardant can be used to treat racing suits, shoes and gloves. It is great to treat the nursery curtains and carpet. You can mix it in latex paint as a fire retardant. This revolutionary product is truly a life saver. These products were invented by a firefighter and they work. They are used at Indy Racing League and NASCAR tracks.
