The Alpha Pro Tech N-95 Particulate Respirator, designed specifically for use in a healthcare setting, is NIOSH-approved as a Type N95 respirator and meets CDC guidelines for TB exposure control.

Following shows on Oprah, CNN, and Fox News, we have had many requests for an inexpensive but effective face mask. We are pleased to be able to provide the Alpha Pro Tech NIOSH approved N-95 Particulate Respirator.

Help defend you and your family against airborne particles with the Alpha Pro Tech NIOSH approved N-95 Particulate Respirator masks. These masks are recommended by The Center for Disease Control and Prevention. They state that "every care workers who handle contagious patients, including those infected by SARS and the avian flu, wear masks that meet the N95 rating under the CDC's National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.

The Alpha Pro Tech N-95 has a number of important features:

It has been tested in accordance with Title 42 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 84 (42 CFR 84), which is tested at 0.3-micron size particles at 85 liters a minute. All N-95 respirators must pass this test with no more than 5% penetration.

It has also been tested by Latex Particle Challenge at 0.1-micron size particle and has shown a filtration efficiency of greater than 99.98% at 0.1 microns.

One-Size-Fits-All

To help you reduce costs and inventory, the N-95 Respirator uses an exclusive Magic Arch/Positive Facial Lock “one-size-fits-all” design. This unique design feature permits the respirator to be “custom fit” to virtually any face, no matter what shape or size.

This is the same respirator that the Australian government purchased for all of their employees and their families serving in South East Asia.

The traditional pleated style N-95 offers all this without the drawbacks of a cone and duckbill-style respirators which restrict downward vision and collapse easily when stored.

Integral Magic Arch® — Provides a larger breathing chamber with no restriction of downward vision as duckbill or cone masks do.

Positive Facial Lock® (PFL) — Allows total facial closure for "custom fit" on any size face when donned correctly.

Totally Latex Free — Comfortable, knit tricot mesh covered bands contain no natural rubber latex, eliminating latex allergy concerns.

Traditional Pleated Design — Saves inventory space, cannot be crushed when stored, as duckbill and cone respirators can, and is easy to carry with you.

Respirators should be used in the context of a complete respiratory protection program as required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This includes training, fit-testing, and fit-checking to ensure appropriate respirator selection and use. To be effective, respirators must provide a proper sealing surface on the wearer's face.

Returns Policy

Returns & RMA Policy It is our promise to our customers to provide them with quality working products. However, if a customer were to receive a defective product, we offer customer support for returns, tracking and order corrections. Please email preparednessindustries@gmail.com for RMA authorization. Customer support by phone is available Monday-Friday 8am -5pm via recorded message and returned phone call. This line is not manned all day long, but calls will be returned within 24 hours in most cases. We offer a 30 Day Defective Only ~ Return Policy. All defective returns will be replaced with a working model of the item, additional shipping charges paid for by Preparedness industries. Returns must comply with the following requirements below for return acceptance. RMA Requests & Authorizations Email: preparednessindustries@gmail.com RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS Returns must be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). RMA REQUEST You agree for documentation and verification purposes and to time stamp RMA request that we require all customers to request an RMA via email. Customer request for RMA's will be honored from the date we receive their email request, regardless of our reply time. REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR AN RMA NUMBER 1. Returns accepted for defective items only 2. Product must be intact, undamaged and unaltered 3. RMA number must be requested within 10 days of order delivery 4. Product(s) must be returned within 10 Days of issued RMA Unauthorized Returns Items returned outside of our policy terms In the event an unauthorized return is delivered to us outside of our policy terms, you agree that credit will not be issued and that we reserve the right to exercise the option to discard the item after 30 days or return the item to the customer at the customers expense. If the customer refuses delivery or has moved without providing us with the proper shipping address, you agree we will hold the item for a period of 30 days and then discard the item after that term has expired. Be advised if an order is canceled that is not determined to not be defective or the item has been tampered with to create the effect of a defective item, Canceled orders will incur a 25% cancelation / restocking fee. In the case of an item being on Back order, we will notify you of the back order and expected delivery date. If for some reason this delay in delivery provides hardship for the customer a full refund will be issued upon your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns involving non-defective merchandise.

Shipping

Preparedness industries will ship most orders direct from our Nevada warehouse via Fed Ex or USPS within 24 hours of receiving the order. Shipments are sent Monday through Friday. We do not have Saturday pick-up for package. Orders Placed after noon on Friday through Sunday midnight will be shipped on the next working day. Shipping charges are calculated based on distance traveled, size of package and supplies. Because of the nature of some of our items and the bulk size which incurs additional shipping fees from our Shippers, we reserve the right to place your order on hold and request additional shipping be paid before shipping the order. This is typical on large bucket orders or Large Food orders. Some items may ship directly from our vendors. In these cases we will notify you via provided email address or phone number. We can’t guarantee delivery times from these items. However our vendor group has proven to be a group of very customer friendly providers. We will do everything possible to expedite the service. In the case of an item being on Back order, we will notify you of the back order and expected delivery date. If for some reason this delay in delivery provides hardship for the customer a full refund will be issued upon your request. Shipping fees are not refundable on product exchanges or returns which have not been authorized and deemed defective. WE DO NOT SHIP OVERSEAS, TO P.O. All deliveries will ship from our Nevada Warehouse. Most Shipments will ship same day Mon -Friday if ordered before 1 pm PST. Orders on Friday, after 1pm pst. and on the weekend will ship on Monday. Most Shipments under 3 lbs will ship USPS 2-3 day Priority mail. Orders over 3 lbs and on some occasions location based shipments will ship Fed EX and delivery is expected based on the following general areas. California 1-2 days. Oregon, Washington, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, and Idaho 2-3 day, New Mexico, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, Nebraska 3-4 days: The remainder of the Lower 48 states is in a 5-7 day ship window. Because of the cost of shipping we do not offer overnight shipment without approval and the customer agreeing to pay the additional freight. Orders to Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are be phone order only and all shipping is prepaid after direct quote.
